When you place an order with Since 74, your boots aren't picked from a shelf or pulled from a warehouse. Every pair is handcrafted to order in our Gold Coast workshop, which means your order is the beginning of the making process.

Our craftspeople cut, construct and finish each pair here in Australia using genuine Australian Merino sheepskin, continuing the way we've made our footwear for more than 50 years.

The Difference Between Manufacturing and Shipping Times

Because made-to-order pairs need to be handcrafted before they can be sent, our manufacturing timeframe and shipping timeframe are two separate things.

Once your order is finished, we'll dispatch it using the shipping method selected at checkout and send you tracking so you can follow it from our workshop to your door.

If you select Express Shipping, your order will receive slight priority through our manufacturing process and will travel via express delivery once it's complete. Express Shipping doesn't mean same-day or next-day dispatch - we still need time to handcraft your boots.

Ready to Ship Collection

For the first time, we've handcrafted a limited selection of our most-loved styles ahead of time and made them available through our Ready to Ship collection.

These are the same Since 74 boots, handcrafted by the same team in our Gold Coast workshop using the same genuine Australian Merino sheepskin. The only difference is that these pairs have already made their way through our workshop and are ready to go.

Ready to Ship availability is limited to the specific styles, colours and sizes currently shown as available. Simply shop the Ready to Ship collection, select from the available options and place your order as usual.

Ready to Ship orders are dispatched from our workshop within 1-2 business days. Shipping time is additional and depends on the delivery method and destination selected at checkout.

If your order includes both Ready to Ship and handmade-to-order items, everything will be shipped together once your handmade pair is complete. This means the whole order will follow the handcrafting timeframe for made-to-order pairs. If you’d like your Ready to Ship pair sooner, we recommend placing it as a separate order.

If your preferred style, colour or size isn't currently available in Ready to Ship, you can still order it from our regular collection and we'll handcraft your pair to order.

Click & Collect and In-Store Shopping (Gold Coast, QLD, Australia Only)

You’re more than welcome to visit our store where you can find a limited selection of products in various colours and sizes. If you can’t find exactly what you’re looking for, we will happily handcraft a new pair for you for a later pick up. 

You can also shop and place your order online via our website and choose a Click & Collect option at checkout to pick up your order from the store. 

Click & Collect orders are made to order too, so please allow approximately 5+ business days for your pair to be handcrafted.

We'll send you a Ready for Collection notification as soon as everything is finished, so please wait for that message before making the trip to see us.

Need to Change Your Order?

Our workshop can get started on an order soon after it's placed, so if you've selected the wrong size, colour or style, please contact us as quickly as possible.

Cancellation requests need to be submitted within 4 hours of placing your order. After that point, your pair may already have entered production and we can't guarantee that changes or cancellations will be possible.

Custom-made items are also subject to our custom-order returns and exchanges policy.
