I just got them in the mail and I absolutely love my boots!! The only reason I did not give this review. Five stars is because they forgot to include my suede protector, so I really don’t want to wear them without spraying them because I don’t want anything to happen to them as much as I paid. Hopefully, they’ll send a bottle out soon other than that I’m in love and will order again.

They are great, warm slippers. No issue about overall quality. However after only wearing for a season, the inner wool part deformed. The customer service told me that there is no repair for this. It’s frustrating because it was a gift for my fiance. I’m not sure if they deserve the price. Keep in mind that they will look like this after wearing couple of months. They are worn bare feet btw.
These boots are tight at the toe and slip off at my heels. I wear socks and the pull then off as o walk. They are there same size i wear in all other shoes
Arrived intact which was such a plus! Usually liquid products come spilled or slightly broken. I was pleasantly surprised ! Such a positive experience.

These are great! I have wanted the genuine Uggs for years and will never buy the fake ones from the US. Shipping wasn’t too bad and product is very well made. Happy to finally have a pair and recommend highly. This Canadian is happy to give Australia my business.
Super comfortable boots and a lovely colour! I loved the hand written note in the box and the small pot of Vegemite was a lovely touch!!
I bought these boots for my wife. She absolutely loves them! She had tried a number of other brands of "Ugg" boots, but none of them come close to the quality and comfort of your boots. You now have a lifetime customer. Might have to get a pair for myself.
